G.W. Pierce
Auto Parts, Inc., is a family run business started in the 1950's with a junk/salvage
business incidental to their operation of a single gas pump station in the small town of
Lewisville, Indiana.
George Washington Pierce bought
one car, used it for parts, and thought maybe he could make a living at this. The
rest they say is history. Through the years the Pierce company has grown to ten
locations with eight handling car and small truck parts/rebuildables and two handling
large truck parts/rebuildables.
The Corporation currently
employs 90 people, including the fourth generation of Pierces. The corporate office
is located at 1528 West U.S. 40 Spiceland, Indiana.
